Independent Consultant in the Evaluation and Research of Education and Training for international donor organisations ADB, UNDP, UNESCO, EC DGs, Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland since 2006. Project Manager in eLearning at CEDEFOP in 2004 – 2006. Teacher in general and vocational education in Finland.
